Somerset Park is a residential estate located in Andergrove, on the outskirts of the Mackay city centre. In 2019 new developers commenced managing the estate which had been neglected by the previous owner.

Redhotblue was appointed as Somerset Park’s creative agency and we embarked on an extensive overhaul to lift the brand’s reputation and foster a positive community sentiment through clear communication and a strategic marketing campaign. Avoiding cliché imagery and employing a distinct visual identity, the Somerset Park campaign aimed to set the development apart in a saturated residential estate market and appeal to both first home buyers and downsizers. Using the message ‘your block, your way’, the campaign emphasised the flexibility of choice for buyers when purchasing a block of land at Somerset Park.

The campaign was highly successful, with new contracts being signed within weeks of the new campaign, and a steady flow of sales.
