He has experience working in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia, and has collaborated with renowned clients such as Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Burberry, Givenchy, Sony, SKY, McLaren, and Yamaha. Scott’s magic is in his ability to transform concepts and loose ideas into a fully-realised and impactful designs.

Jen brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, analysis, and project management. She has held key positions, including Project Manager at Petbarn and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Greencross Limited. Jen has a proven track record of developing business models for start-ups and public agencies alike. Her diverse skill set and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights means she is able to seamlessly bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

MARKETING & CONTENT CREATIOR

Melanie has over 10 years of photography experience and 4 years of social media marketing experience, including working with notable brands such as Krispy Kreme, Red Bull, SXSW Sydney, & Sunbeam. Melanie has also completed a master’s at New York University, where her work was featured in a solo art exhibition and magazines. Melanie’s specialties include social media strategy, content creation, and paid media management.

Karlene has four years of marketing experience as the Marketing Manager for Caneland Central, the largest shopping centre in Mackay. Having also worked in retail for 17 years across various roles, Karlene is very passionate about enhancing the customer experience and has a thorough understanding of the unique challenges businesses face in regional towns. Karlene’s passion for strategic marketing allows her ability to see both the details and the bigger picture.

SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Tahnee has over three years of agency and local marketing experience. She holds multiple certificates in Klaviyo, showcasing expertise in email and SMS marketing strategy and execution. In addition to her marketing skills, Tahnee holds a Certificate II in Business, Information, Digital Media, Technology, and Workplace Practices. Tahnee's proactive mindset ensures innovative marketing solutions that drive growth and engagement across digital media.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Jake has a decade of graphic design experience, backed by a Bachelor of Design with a minor in Photography from JCU. His passion for design started early, with work experience at redhotblue during his school years, solidifying his dedication to a multifaceted career. He’s experienced across graphic design, website development, videography, photography, animation, and editing. Jake is always eager to expand his skills to stay at the forefront of the creative industry.

Trina has over 30 years of experience in accounts, including an impressive 15 years at Redhotblue. She ensures accuracy and streamlined processes when managing financial records, monitoring transactions, and resolves discrepancies quickly. Her personable and effervescent personality brings warmth and approachability to her role, making her a trusted and valued point of contact for both clients and colleagues alike.
